Eastern Maintenance Services is now KLINTEK.

KLINTEK Maintenance, formerly known as Eastern Maintenance Services, has served the industrial and commercial community of the East Central Region of Puerto Rico since 1985.

Mr. Víctor Maldonado Delgado, founder of EMS, had the mission to serve all clients with honesty and with the personal touch to meet their needs. "The work has to be done right the first time", was his motto. This provided our clients with a reliable service and excellent quality.

The second generation works with the foundation Don Víctor built and has evolved as: KLINTEK Maintenance providing excellence in service, the personal touch and the latest in cleaning  technology.  Facing  the future  with our clients we deal with  issues that affect the working environment, such as:  global warming, air quality, energy savings and waste generation control.

KLINTEK has made part of its operations the use of  environmentally friendly products, efficient equipment with high particle filtration systems and totally supports and works with all in house recycling programs. Our personnel is totally bonded and properly trained  with  the latest methods and technology in the cleaning industry to minimize these effects maximizing your investment.
